Svastha Retreat
A Space to Remember What has Never Been Lost.
This retreat is a space to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect—with your body, your truth, and the parts of you that may have been forgotten along the way.
Through connecting with sacred plants and the support of a grounded, heart-centered community, we’ll explore the stories we've told ourselves—about who we need to be to feel loved, worthy, or accepted.
Many of us have learned to wear masks, to shape ourselves for others. But underneath all that effort, there's something more real—your natural self. The one that doesn't need to perform, change, or strive.
Over the course of this retreat, we’ll gently let go of the pressure to fix or improve ourselves. Instead, we’ll welcome back the parts of us that have always been here, waiting to be seen and honored.
In ceremony and in community, we remember: we are already whole.
Retreat Agenda
During our time together, we will create a ceremonial container and share with each other through different rituals and activities. With the guidance of experienced facilitators, local healers and attentive hosts, our hope is to create a safe space where you can fully let go and receive
Friday – Opening of the Container

Once settled in, we will get together in the evening to open the retreat.

As we sit together in council, you’ll be invited to share the intention you are bringing to the medicine space. There is no right or wrong intention, so whatever is shared in the circle will be received with compassion, humility and respect.

Sunday - Beginning of Integration
After a restful night, you’ll be invited to begin your morning between joining a guided meditation and a gentle yoga practice or Chi Gong movement practice. This will be a chance to listen to your body and spirit and choose what feels more nourishing to you.
Once the practice is finished, we will meet at the café for a delicious breakfast.
During this day, the invitation is to rest and continue to process what happened during ceremony. Introspection, journaling and contemplation will be key to support yourself during the day. During the day, the facilitators will be available for any 1 on 1 support.
Throughout the day you will have the option to continue your integration by joining a Temazcal ceremony (sweat lodge) being held by local healers. A Temazcal is a beautiful ritual of letting go of what doesn’t serve us by offering it to the fire and sacred stones. As you let go and receive the blessings of the spirit of the Temazcal, you will be reborn anew, welcoming the opportunity to begin to integrate the plant ceremony.
As an option to the Temazcal, you can continue the contemplation and cleansing in the ocean. Going in the ocean after a ceremony is incredibly helpful and supportive, so the invitation here is to continue to nurture that feeling of presence as you continue to move the energy with the salt water.
As the evening falls, we will gather once more in council to continue to support each other. This is a opportunity to openly share what feels good to share about the experience and what you feel would like to integrate in your life. During this time we will sit with cacao to gently open the heart and be able to access your own vulnerability to share what you are called to.
As our time together in ceremony comes to an end, we will close the circle by thanking the land, plants and spirits that gently supported us.
Once the circle is closed, you’ll be free to continue sharing in community and ultimately get a nice restful night.
